總務處組織架構包括總務長、副總務長、秘書各一,其下所轄業務包含水電維護、建物與設備修繕、空間管理、校園景觀綠美化、衛生清潔、校園安全、車輛管理、郵件作業、財物採購、財物管理等,分別由事務組、採購組、營繕組、保管組、出納組各司其職,協助全校教學及行政部門的業務推展。
The General Affairs Office is structured with a President-General、Vice President-General, and Secretary. It manages tasks such as water and electricity maintenance, building repairs, space management, campus landscaping, sanitation, security, vehicle management, procurement, and property management. Each division has specific responsibilities, collectively supporting the overall academic and administrative operations of the institution.
